What happens if I hit my monthly ticket limit?

Your widget keeps working and existing tickets stay accessible. New tickets pause at the end of the month and resume on the 1st — or upgrade to Pro (1,000/month), Business (3,000/month) or Scale (6,000/month) in two clicks. No surprise invoices.

Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the dashboard. No calls, no retention tactics. If you cancel a paid plan your account drops to Starter — your tickets stay.

Do I need technical skills to install?

Paste one <script> tag before </body>. If you can edit your site's footer, you can install SimpleSupport. WordPress users get a one-click plugin.

Is my data GDPR compliant?

Yes, by default. No cookies, no tracking, no consent banner required. Data is stored on EU edge servers. Business plan includes a signed Data Processing Agreement.

Can I try Pro or Business features before upgrading?

Yes. Any Starter account can activate a one-time 14-day trial of Pro features (AI drafts, email gateway, teams, custom branding) directly from settings — no credit card. When the trial ends the account reverts to Starter automatically. Pro and Business upgrades themselves are invite-only during the early-adopter phase, which is how we lock in the €15/€39 prices for life.

Can customers reply to tickets by email?

Yes on Pro and Business via the email gateway: customers reply to notifications and their response becomes a new message on the same ticket. Starter includes a 14-day trial of this feature.

What counts as a "ticket"?

One conversation, regardless of how many messages it contains. A ticket stays a single ticket whether it has 1 reply or 50.

Can I use multi-site for several different businesses?

Multi-site is designed for one business running multiple web properties — for example a main site, a landing page and a WordPress blog — sharing one support team and one inbox. Agents, teams, tickets, business name and the email reply address are shared across all sites in the account. If you run separate businesses (different brand names, different teams, different invoices), each needs its own SimpleSupport account so customer notifications arrive with the right brand.
