Why we built it
We were running our own small products — zeropress.uk, jekyllbuilder.uk — and handling support straight from a personal inbox. Tickets got buried. Replies fell through. Customers had no idea if anyone had read their message.
The alternatives didn't fit. Zendesk took an afternoon to configure and started at €50/mo. Intercom wanted €100+. Plain contact forms had no tracking, no threading, no status. So we built the thing we actually wanted to use ourselves.
