What happens if I hit my monthly ticket limit?

Your widget keeps working and existing tickets stay accessible. New tickets pause at the end of the month and resume on the 1st — or upgrade to Pro (1,000/month) or Business (unlimited) in two clicks. No surprise invoices.

Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the dashboard. No calls, no retention tactics. If you cancel a paid plan your account drops to Starter — your tickets stay.

Do I need technical skills to install?

Paste one <script> tag before </body>. If you can edit your site's footer, you can install SimpleSupport. WordPress users get a one-click plugin.

Is my data GDPR compliant?

Yes, by default. No cookies, no tracking, no consent banner required. Data is stored on EU edge servers. Business plan includes a signed Data Processing Agreement.

Is there a free trial for Pro and Business?

Yes — 14 days, no credit card required to start. At the end of the trial your account reverts to Starter unless you confirm the upgrade.

Can customers reply to tickets by email?

Yes on Pro and Business via the email gateway: customers reply to notifications and their response becomes a new message on the same ticket. Starter includes a 14-day trial of this feature.

What counts as a "ticket"?

One conversation, regardless of how many messages it contains. A ticket stays a single ticket whether it has 1 reply or 50.
