1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using SimpleSupport ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
SimpleSupport is a customer support helpdesk platform that allows businesses to manage customer inquiries via a web widget, email gateway, and REST API. The Service is provided by SimpleSupport.uk ("we", "us", "our").
3. Account registration
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
- One person or business may not maintain more than one free account
4. Plans and pricing
We offer free and paid plans as described on our pricing page. Prices are in euros (EUR) and exclude applicable taxes.
- Free plan: Subject to usage limits (100 tickets/month). No credit card required.
- Paid plans: Billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Send spam, phishing, or malicious content through the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Exceed rate limits or abuse the API in a way that degrades service for others
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to submit end-user data (e.g., customer emails) to the Service.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.
8. API usage
Access to the API is subject to rate limits based on your plan. We may throttle or block requests that exceed these limits. API keys are confidential — do not expose them in client-side code.
9. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from your admin panel
- We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for more than 12 months
- Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimpleSupport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable national law of our registered jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
