- No. The widget script loads asynchronously and weighs under 5KB gzipped. It does not block page rendering and does not affect your Core Web Vitals.
- Yes. We don't use cookies, don't track users across sites, and don't collect any data beyond what's needed for the support ticket itself (email, name, message). No consent banner required.
- On the free plan, new ticket creation is paused until the next month. Existing tickets remain accessible and you can continue replying. We'll email you before you hit the limit.
- Yes — on Pro and above. The free plan shows a small "Powered by SimpleSupport.uk" link. Pro removes all branding. Business adds full white-label support with your own logo and domain.
- On Pro+, you point an MX record at us for your support email (e.g. [email protected]). When a customer emails that address, a ticket is created automatically. When you reply from the panel, they get an email. The whole thread is linked.
